Well its officially spring, and its time to start working off the winter "insulation" that I've so wonderfully have collected. This time I hope to do it correctly. As most know I usually have a problem with going a bit over board when it comes to my weight. I have decided to TRY to take the healthy route this time and keep to a 3 meals a day with walking (if weather allows) at lunch than a 20 minute workout when I get home. As of right now my goal is 20 lbs.
